I had a wonderful stay at Avatar. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Gym is included, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I didn’t realize my room had no window, but the staff kindly offered a free upgrade to a higher category. While the new room also had no window, it featured a separate space with a second light source, which made a big difference.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, well-lit, and perfectly air-conditioned, making it a very comfortable experience. What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond in every way—when we needed a safety pin, they took the initiative to buy one for us. We also had an early morning flight, and they thoughtfully packed our breakfast and had it ready by 6 AM, ensuring we could enjoy a good meal and our much-needed caffeine fix on the way to the airport. The hotel's central location made everything super convenient, and the reception staff even arranged all our internal cabs, which was a huge help. The level of service and attention to detail truly made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location - It's centrally located with a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants in close proximity. Food - Breakfast was served at the Loft which a good variety of South Indian, North Indian and Continental dishes. Special mention goes to the crispy ghee roast dosa! Must try. Also, the Stairway café has some really good sandwiches and iced teas. Hospitality - The staff are very polite, accommodating and professional. They made sure our stay was pleasant and memorable. Cleanliness - Top notch

The hotel has many grades of rooms. We were in an Alcove room which was very clean and comfortable with a decent size bed with a firm mattress. Breakfast was included.

Nice new, modern and clean hotel well placed for sightseeing in this vibrant city. Very friendly and helpful staff . Very good breakfast e ad nd we also ate at the in house vegetarian restaurant which was excellent . All in all would recommend this hotel to anyone padding through Mangalore.

This property is in a nice convenient location. Staffs are friendly. Namratha from Housekeeping was excellent with her service. Nithisha from the restaurant and stairway cafe is very polite and good in her service

There was a lot of variety to choose from for the breakfast (e.g. Western food as well as Indian food). Staff were very attentive. Facilities were excellent including the gym and spa. We also enjoyed the entertainment (singers) provided by the hotel on one of the nights of our stay.
